DR RAGHU RAM , President, Association of Breast Surgeons of India was felicitated by Dr Santhosh John Abraham, President of Association of Surgeons of India @ the first annual conference of the ANDHRA PRADESH CHAPTER of ASSOCIATION OF SURGEONS OF INDIA held in Rajahmundry on 22 August.
